By using Qorva Global Trade, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced from them. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Accounts and platform access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, security issues, unpaid charges, or behavior that creates legal or operational risk for the platform or other users.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Qorva Global Trade offers monthly and yearly paid plans. The first monthly or yearly payment is collected upfront at sign-up. Yearly pricing is discounted to provide roughly 2 months free relative to monthly billing.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the initial paid purchase. After that window, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the security or operation of the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the application, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the platform to violate law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property and feedback
Qorva Global Trade, its software, branding, and related content remain our property or the property of our licensors. Your business data remains yours.
If you provide product feedback, suggestions, or testing comments, we may use that feedback to improve the platform without compensation to you.
Availability, warranties, and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every output will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorva Global Trade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
